Work-life Coaching

Time to think, with someone alongside you

Work-life Coaching is a private, pay-per-use session with a trained and qualified iGROW psychologist and/or counsellor. It is developmental and practical: navigating a hard patch at work, weighing a decision, a working relationship that has become difficult, finding your footing again after a stretch of burnout, or simply thinking something through out loud with a professional.

How it works. You book a time that suits you, using the same simple form as our counselling sessions. Sessions are one to one, held privately, and cost US$250 per session. There is no package to commit to. One session is a complete experience; some people choose a short series when they want to keep going.

Private means private. What you bring to a session stays between you and your coach. Nothing you say is shared with your employer.

Who you will be talking to

Your coach is a member of the iGROW clinical team: trained and qualified psychologists and counsellors who work with employees across hundreds of organisations. You are booking a person with real practice behind them, not a chatbot and not a script.

What people take away

People who use these sessions tell us they leave with a clearer read on their situation, one or two concrete next steps, and the steadiness that comes from having thought it through properly with someone who listens well. Coaching is not therapy and does not treat a condition. If a session surfaces something that deserves clinical care, your coach will say so and help you find the right support.
